The 2026 American Marketing Association Artificial Intelligence Special Interest Group Best Paper Award goes to the article “Lower artificial intelligence literacy predicts greater AI receptivity” by Chiara Longoni (Bocconi University), Stephanie Tully (University of Southern California), and Gil Appel (George Washington University), published in the Journal of Marketing.
