Enrico Valdani

I am Emeritus Professor at Bocconi University. I graduated, cum laude, in Business Administration major in Marketing and, in 1976, I attended the individual Study Program of Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and was Visiting Scholar at Southern California University (1987). In Bocconi School of Management, I served as Director of Masters Division (1982-1990) and Director of Marketing Department (1991-1998). In 2009 was the founder of the Marketing Department in Bocconi (the first in Italy). I was also Director of several Research’s centers: I-Lab (1999-2006), Customer Service Lab. (2007-2012), CERMES Research Center in Marketing Service (2012-2018). I was President of the Italian Society of Marketing (2008-2011)

Research interests

My research interests focused in: customer value management, international Marketing and Strategic Marketing In 1995 I was winner of the Scientific Research Price of Bocconi University and I received the price for the best published article in the first ten years of Economia and Management Review.
